My morning routine is typically, drink 16 oz of water & lemon with supplements, caffeinate, shower! In the shower I use the facial cleansing oil - it’s a calming wakeup ritual – it’s the exact opposite of a harsh scrub. Once dried off, I follow this up with a few drops of the recovery treatment oil which smells so pretty and light.
