I work behind the scenes to develop new product innovations from formula, to packaging, to the story. In any given week, I am testing over 20 different formulas from skincare, haircare and fragrance. Goals? Identifying simple skincare solutions with the most innovative and advanced technology. When I’m not being tasked with solving the world’s beauty woes, you can find me throwing punches in the boxing ring or sweating up a storm in hot yoga. I’m a caffeine dependent Sagittarius always looking for adventure!

Favorite picks: My approach to skincare has always been about routine and having amazing products. On Sunday’s we mask at our house. I normally do a combination of two masks: detox face mask on t-zone with the clarifying clay mask applied only on cheeks. This gives my skin the reboot needed to start the week. I don’t use much makeup these days and that’s all thanks to our resurfacing glycolic acid pads. They keep my skin baby smooth, bright and glowy. Insider tip – I also use this on my arms to keep my Keratosis pilaris at bay.
